This is Nachshon Draiman to discuss
the advantages and disadvantages of Online Tennis Lessons
Tennis enthusiasts would like to improve their
game and would be willing to learn using any available techniques they could
get their hands on. While getting lesson from professionals may be quite
expensive for novices or people just wanting to learn a thing or two about
tennis for recreational purpose, there are alternatives that they can rely on.
Online tennis lessons can be a good tool for beginners and novices wanting to
learn and improve their tennis skills.
Online lessons can be more systematic and are
prepared before the actual lessons actually commence. Since the program is a
series of clips, you can control your own pace and can skip some lessons that
you already know and focus on what you want to work on. Online lessons are
cheaper or may even be free and you can do it on your own without hiring a
professional.
However, with online lessons, since there is no
real live coach, you do not receive any valuable feedback to tell you if what
you are doing is right or wrong. Since no feedback is given, you do not know if
you are capable of advanced lessons or may need additional lessons. A real life
coach will give you this feedback. Another thing, training online and on your
own may lack the fun and excitement of having a real life coach and classmates.
Learning tennis online is a cheap alternative and
has its own intrinsic advantages and disadvantages. However, having a real life
coach can guide you in the right path more.

For
those of you active folk living here in LA, perhaps Tennis is your cup of
tea. However, if you come from somewhere outside of LA, you may not be
used to some of the things involved in playing Tennis out here in Los
Angeles. In his blog, tennis enthusiast Nachshon Draiman
says, “Tennis has become a very popular sport that enthusiasts would always
like to play.” This is true and it is perhaps this popularity that makes it a
bit difficult to play in LA.
I
once went on a blind date with a guy that wanted to play tennis. After
spending two hours driving around in search of a court, I asked him to take me
home. I’d never been that blunt with a “new” date before.

Managing Systems, Not
People: Nachshon Draiman
It’s funny how life comes full
circle. In the beginning our parents take care of us and then we take
care of our parents. It’s that wonderful circle of life we all live
in. However, sometimes life isn’t that simple, sometime taking care of
our parents isn’t possible, sometime we need outside help. That’s were Nachshon Draiman and his
nursing facilities came into play.
You feel bad enough when you have
to send your parents some place else, you feel guilty because you can’t have
them stay with you. The last thing you need is to take them somewhere
where the people don’t care about what they need. With Nachshon Draiman and Future Associates,
your parents can get the care they need at facilities that spend less time and
money on administration and more on the direct care of the people.
“My work and my
businesses have emerged from a dedicated approach to service, simply to be of
help,” Nachshon Draiman
says. “I have been fortunate because I am able to follow a basic concern
for the well-being of others and making it into a successful business. It
provides a very deep satisfaction.”
Isn’t that the kind of person and philosophy you want taking care of your
parents? I know I do.

Nachshon
Draiman Steps Up To the Service Line
You might know Nachshon
Draiman from his tennis blog, but when it comes to stepping up to the
service line, there’s a thing or two more he can teach you. In my last job, I
worked closely with a lot of healthcare professionals, and I learned a lot
about the specialized service that patients require, especially the elderly. Nachshon Draiman clearly
understands this very well, and has brought this level of specialized care to
other sectors of the service world, too.
What do we take away from this? The first lesson is that
people want to be catered to as individuals. This is part of our nature. The
second is, when you understand the nature of need, you are well positioned to take
advantage of that need by providing the service that fulfills it. That, in a
word, is entrepreneurship. That’s what Nachshon Draiman
knows.

Nachshon Draiman interests me on several
fronts. Trained in psychology and social work, he has the heart of an
entrepreneur. He knew how to spot changing trends and meet them with the
appropriate innovation.
Nachshon Draiman focused on serving the geriatric and long-term care
community and developed more efficient systems for them.

We should count

If you have ever had a loved one in a long term care facility or spoken
with someone who has, you know the concerns that loom. There is
always worry that a loved one is not being properly cared for in these
facilities.
One man, Nachshon Draiman, saw the
possibilities of reforming a broken long-term care system for the elderly and
others with mental and physical disabilities. With his education in
psychology and social work as well as health administration, Nachshon Draiman has taken over
and reorganized numerous long-term care facilities over the past 20
years. From a perspective of human care to strong management principles,
he has created facilities that receive rave reviews from associations and state
regulatory agencies.
Nachshon Draiman
manages these facilities in an ethical manner and removes the bureaucracy so
that residents can receive the care that they need. He says, “I always
try to remember the word ‘care’.” After all, care is what it is all
about.

http://sonia2009.wordpress.com/2009/02/22/nachshon-draiman-%e2%80%93-philanthropy-at-work/
Philanthropy is not a cup of tea
for everyone. However, there are only a few people whose lives are dedicated
and committed to such social and health services. Nachshon Draiman is one such name. He says
he picked this field of work because he felt it was important to understand
human nature. His parents instilled on him a dedication to others and to be of
help, which he followed by learning about caring for others.
From social services to geriatrics,
Draiman has taken over and improved several long-term health facilities and
completely reorganized them to make them work better for the elderly people.
Today, his facilities are considered models for quality geriatric long-term
care which regularly receives positive reviews from state regulatory agencies
and various associations. He serves several charitable organizations and
actively donates to many others. His career as a businessman has been guided by
a personal commitment to ethics and toward the care of others. Nachshon Draiman approaches
philanthropy and community participation by saying “One cannot participate in business without also giving back to the
communities where he works. It is part of the larger cycle of trying to make
things better. When we do business in a community, I get involved in that
community because my business lives there. So my interests are better served as
the community prospers. It is possible that everyone involved can win.”
Nachshon Draiman
believes that what is good for our community is good for each of us. There is a
way in which giving comes back to benefit the giver. He also adds, “Targeted philanthropy is an investment that can
yield multiple and sometimes unintended benefits. Sometimes you can feel a
sense of fulfillment from unexpected results of contributing.”
Nachshon Draiman has lived
his life believing it is essential to give back to others. This belief came
from the way he was raised by his parents who instilled in him the dedication
and help to others in need.
This led to an
inevitable interest in psychology and the search to find a deeper meaning in
life. This is where Nachshon Draiman believes that in developing those
philanthropist qualities and in giving of one’s self that they in turn find a
deeper meaning of the elusive question, “What purpose am I here for”?
We all at one
time or another ask ourselves those deep seeded questions like, “Why am I
here”? and “Is there something more”? It is this emotion that Nachshon
Draiman tries to develop and maintain throughout his career by giving of
ones self, by helping those in need, that by contributing to others you in turn
find something unexpected. The unexpected reward of finding a sense of purpose.
Giving new meaning to those immortal yet timeless words, “It is more blessed to
give than to receive”.
http://balconytalk.wordpress.com/2009/02/23/nachshon-draiman-providing-quality-long-term-care/
In the field of geriatric long-term care, there is a need for effective
operations and skilled management techniques. These attributes produce the
policies and procedures that provide the elderly and disabled the quality of
care they need. Let’s face it; it’s difficult at the best of times to provide
the level of service long-term care facility residents require. It’s even more
challenging during tough economic times when budgets are under pressure. That’s
why it’s imperative that expert managers with a commitment to quality care are
in place in these types of institutions. Nachshon Draiman is a long-term
care provider who subscribes to this ethos.
His facilities provide complete rehabilitation programs. They offer
physical, occupational, respiratory, and speech therapy. They also provide
hospice care, restorative nursing, and more. The focus is on spending money on caring
for people, and less money on unnecessary operating expenditures. This is
streamlining for efficiency, so critical for long-term care facilities to
survive. With training in psychology and social work, and an acute sense of
modern management techniques, Nachshon Draiman works to deliver
always, long-term care with a difference. In addition, he’s a member of the
Illinois Council for Long-Term Care and is an advocate for the elderly and
disabled.

As the people we
love grow older, many of them require more attention than we can give. When
looking for a place for them to live, it’s important to find a home where
people will work hard to care for our relatives. Nachshon Draiman knows the value of hard

In today’s economy, providing solutions is
more important than selling products and services. Nachshon Draiman has been in the business
of providing those solutions to the retirement residential community. The
nation’s retirement aged population is about to see its largest spike in
history, thus creating a growing need for proper healthcare, housing and
nutrition choices. In addition, the lost equity and unusual unsoundness of the
housing community have propelled professionals like Nachshon Draiman ahead of the
pack when it comes to retirement living facility turnaround development and
management. The tightened credit markets and restricted cash flow has created a
deferred maintenance mentality for property owners and causing a list of
challenges for rehabilitation and preparation for the large numbers of
residents entering the market. However, with proper and prudent project
management Nachshon
Draiman has been able to turnaround poorly performing retirement
communities while demonstrating that the duplication his procedures and
experience could do the nation well to meet the future growing demand on
retirement communities.

If you’re looking to take tennis lessons, or improve your swing, then get
some advice from Nachshon
Draiman. He discusses the pros and cons of taking lessons online.
First, it is important to understand that you won’t have the same contact as
you would with a coach. Nachshon Draiman explains
that while online lessons might be helpful to people who cannot
afford expensive lessons from a professional coach, it isn’t as
productive. If you are a beginner, or someone who wants to get some
pointers, online tennis lessons might be a suitable choice for you. Nachshon Draiman believe’s online
tennis lessons do provide you with clips of each technique, and you can skip by
the clips or techniques you already know. On the pro side you will be
able to get more feedback from a live coach.

the early 90's. One can do almost anything online, shop, find a new apartment,

That's right, Nachshon Draiman,
thinks that any true tennis fan would love to take lessons online because you
can learn ways to improve your game and its cheaper than hiring a coach.
Online lessons will allow a tennis player to be informed at their own pace, or
even skip lessons that they feel aren't beneficial to them.Although he's for
online tennis lessons, Nachshon Draiman
does think that not having a real life coach can have its disadvantages, such
as no valuable feedback.

This is Nachshon Draiman to discuss
the importance of conditioning drills.
Have you ever wondered why the military, particularly the Marines and other
Special Forces, train their soldiers for extended lengths of time under extreme
conditions and with very minimal rest periods in between? Have you noticed
doctors in training as residents working 2 to 3 days straight with only a few
stolen hours of sleep in between? These professionals are pushed to their
limits in preparation for extreme situations that they may face when they go
out in the real world.
This same situation is true for tennis. Conditioning drills prepare you
physically and mentally to succeed in tough matches. Drills can improve your
physical and mental conditioning and make you though not only in physique but
in mentality. Matches can end up in extra sets. Being prepared physically and
mentality for this extra strain on your body can give you an added advantage
against your opponents.
You can perform conditioning drills with a partner or on your own. You can
do racket, rallies and sprint drills with your partner at opposite sides of the
net. If you’re alone, you can do exercises using a backboard. Doing this can
improve your energy and increase your level of play. This can make a lethal
combination in helping you succeed in this game. Stay tuned for more tips and

This is Nachshon Draiman to discuss
some basic tips on how to improve your game.
Tennis has become a very popular sport that
enthusiasts would always like the opportunity to play or make some drills as
often as they can. Thousands of beginners often ask tennis experts how to
improve their game. The following are basic tips that will help beginners and
professionals alike to excel in their game.
Things to Do to Improve Your Game
* Acquire the proper tennis clothing that will be
comfortable for you during the game. Having uncomfortable clothing will distract
your mind off your game. Choose gear that will look good on you as well, and
this includes tennis accessories.
* Always stay relaxed and calm during the game.
Shake your arms and legs to loosen up. Staying relaxed will also let you enjoy
the game more.
* Understand the psychological part of the game.
Do no let pressure and frustration get to you and stay focused on the game.
* Keep your footwork active at all times. A great
technique is to side step to the center of the court after each stroke.
* Learn from your mistakes and analyze your game
after a match.
* Try to record your match so you can review it
later. Keep track of your hits and your misses.
* Condition yourself and work on motor skills such
as strength, power, speed and reaction.
* Run several times a week to improve your
conditioning and your stamina. The number one enemy of a tennis player is not
the person on the other side of the court but fatigue.
Things to Avoid to Improve Your
Game
* While on the court, do not focus on anything
else except tennis.
* Avoid over-thinking your moves during the game.
Respond rapidly and instantaneously. Over-thinking will only lead to
disappointment.
* Do not forget to do some stretching before a
game to avoid any injury.
* A tennis match is long. Do not give 100 percent
of your power during the first few serves. You will run out as the game
progress.
* Do not worry about the skills of your opponent.
Do not forget to treat all opponents to have the same skills as you while on
court. Focusing too much on their abilities will lose you the game.
* Do not rely on your coach 100 percent all the
time. Believe in your own abilities and remember that you are the one handling
the racket.

informative guidelines can point you on the road to improving your tennis

most people give up on the New Year’s resolution.

Business of Writing: Nachshon

As writers, we aim to get our words to the world and in
business; many assume that everyone is their customer. While increasing the
volume of greenbacks is a numbers game coupled with the variables of a valuable
product and the right timing, the best way to expand a writer’s reach may not
be the attempt to appeal to everyone.
As writers we
can take solid guidance from successful and interesting business people. For

2. Solving a
problem within that niche, Nachshon Draiman discovered a way to serve the people within

Often as writers, we view success in terms of getting published,
but what happens next? For some, it’s a hamster’s wheel of generating more
products for increased success. For others it’s using the product of their
words to make life better for readers and writers alike. While the publishing
world has a place for both, decide to which category you get the most out of
your writing career.
http://k-junkdrawer.blogspot.com/2009/01/fuel-conservation-tips-from-nachshon.html
In
my other blog, I've written about hypermiling, the practice of applying
deliberate driving techniques in order to conserve fuel. There are several
other things you can do to reduce your fuel consumption, particulary when
you're at the gas pump. In his blog, Nachshon
Draiman offers several tips to keep in mind when refueling your vehicle.
The
first piece of advice Nachshon
Draiman gives is to fill up your car in the early morning when the ground
temperature is still cool. This is because gasoline, which is typically stored
underground, is more dense when the ground is cold. If you fill up when it is
warmer outside, the gasoline will be thinner and you will actually receive less
for the same price.
Nachshon Draiman
also cautions against pumping your gas too quickly, as this will release more
vapors into the air, wasting fuel (which you are paying for!) Keep the trigger
on the lowest setting to reduce vapor release.
Also
remember to fill up when your tank is half full. Have you ever noticed that the
needle on your gas gauge seems to fall more quickly when it's below half a
tank? You're not imagining things. The less gasoline in the tank, the more air
is present, which speeds up the rate of evaporation. Keeping your tank
relatively full will slow down the evaporation.
Keep these tips in mind when
you're at the pump and your actions will have a positive effect on your fuel
consumption — and your wallet.

explains his dedication by saying, "My work and my businesses have emerged
from a dedicated approach to service, simply to be of help." He goes on to

for the well-being of others and making it into a successful business business.
It provides a very deep satisfaction."
My grandmother is scheduled to have hip
surgery next month. It’s difficult to accept that she is aging. I’m ready to
pay a visit to the fountain of youth with her! Until then, I’m hopeful that my
family will never need to enroll her in a elderly home or facility. The good
thing is, the study of geriatrics and elderly care is on the rise.
Nachshon Draiman is an active fundraiser
for many charities and an avid tennis player. He is a member of the Illinois
Council for Long Term Care and serves as an advocate for the elderly and

comforting to know that the quality of care in elderly facilities has improved.

I love
everything about the sport tennis: watching it, the style of it, the history of
it . . . playing it. I add the last with hesitation because as much as I do
enjoying playing tennis, I am not-s0-good at tennis. So, while perusing the
Internet, I found some advice on preparing for a match from from tennis
enthusiast, Nachshon Draiman.
Nachshon Draiman reminds us to remember to that
tennis is a mental game and to prepare before even stepping onto the court. One
key element is to know your opponent. Get know their strengths weaknesses and
how to match it with your own abilities.
It’s also
important to ask yourself two questions, according to Nachshon Draiman, when preparing to beat an
opponent. The first is: What do I want to happen? And, the second: What do I
have to avoid?
Realizing that I
have to use my mental strength as equally as my physical strengths may just be
what I need to get my head properly in the game.

The word entrepreneur brings a lot of images to mind: rich most
commonly. The word busy also springs to mind of anyone who knows people deeply
committed to excellence which you have to be in order to keep everything
afloat. Nachshon Draiman exemplifies
that commitment in everything he does and it goes far beyond his business
interests. Nachshon Draiman is
a sportsman who loves tennis and goes to great lengths to help others
understand the game and work it takes to excel. The same attributes he puts
into his business endeavors go into his personal interests and it shows.
A post on his blog shows Nachshon Draiman to
be dedicated to perfection. That probably is the most common attribute of those
who succeed in the stressful world of health care. His background in psychology
serve him well in that realm but also carry over to how he relates to people on
the Internet via his blog. For anyone who is interested in what it takes to be
successful it helps to study those that are, not only in their professional
practices but their private attitudes toward life and the world around them as
well.
Nachshon Draiman goal
is to provide quality care for life care facilities. He strives o
remove as much bureaucracy between a resident and the care he or she needs as
much as possible.
As a true
entrepreneur, Nachshon Draiman is always looking ahead and looking for new
opportunities.
Nachson Draiman has
extended his successful management strategy to hotels and other hospitality
ventures as well and commercial and residential real estate, working various
partners and investors through his company, Future Associates.
Nachshon
Draiman applies his management philosophy and processes toward significant
savings in energy and utility use. This company is called Multiut and it
negotiates contracts with gas and electricity providers to provide gas and
electrical auditing and consulting services to save money for its customers.
Nachshon
Draiman is able to follow a basic concern for the well-being of others
and makes it a successful business. Thus provides a very deep satisfaction
in his life’s work.

By
eliminating as much of the excess weight ‘at the top’ of the bureaucracy he is
able to get these facilities to focus on the areas needed most, quality of life
of the patients themselves. Having an invalid mother-in-law who we are looking
for a good facility to care for I know the importance of such measures and I
also know how difficult it is to find them.
Having
developed such successful strategies in the nursing community Mr. Draiman has
developed a new company called Multiut to spread that forceful method to other
types of community operations such as restaurants, hotels, commercial and
residential real estate. Using these same great cut out the excess attitudes he
has made it possible to reach a better solution for customer service and patron
benefits so that the people who truly benefit from the company are the
consumers. That is where the benefits of any company should be.
